Guarantee and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product from Paisley Pearl Press, the best of efforts to promptly return your money or exchange the item for a different one will be made.
As always there are a few guidelines to make note BEFORE requesting a refund.
- All products purchased from Paisley Pearl Press come with a 5 day money back guarantee, unless otherwise noted* (see below). The following conditions apply.
- To obtain a refund, you must contact us within 5 days of purchase to obtain a return authorization. You must explain the reason for wanting a refund and receive authorization from us before returning the product.
- If the product has not yet been shipped to you, we will issue a full refund; if the product has been shipped to you, we will refund the cost of the product, minus any shipping costs, if applicable, when we receive the returned product. Please note that return shipping charges will be your responsibility, unless we shipped you a product different from what you ordered. There will also be a 10% restocking fee for returned items.
- Products can be returned if we sent the wrong item. In addition, return items are only acceptable if they are in the same condition as when they were shipped from our company. Items must be in saleable condition with no damage and they must not have writing or markings in them. No credit will be given for returns which are damaged, stickered, shopworn, or otherwise unacceptable for resale.
- If you are unhappy with a product please contact us. Remember that your happiness is of the utmost importance and every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction will be made!
* Calendars are non-refundable.
